Why is California Broke?
What is a reasonable Salary for a Town Administrator of a City of 37,000 people with a per capita annual income of $13,652?

Is $ 787,637 enough?

How about the Police Chief...

Is $ 457,000 enough?
.
You realize this is more than the President of the United States earns...
.
Never mind that the Chief is making $150,000 more than the Chief of Police in LA
or that the City Council Members who are PART TIME employees get paid $100,000/ yr.

Nothing like having the right to vote for your own pay raise...
